About

Courtney Mather, MA, EIA

Hello! It's wonderful to meet you. I'm an EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) Global accredited coach and a Gallup-certified strengths coach with a master’s degree in counseling psychology. I enjoy working with leaders just like you from across the globe - from the Americas to Africa to Europe to Asia.

My coaching is informed by extensive professional experience spanning several sectors: technology, medical, education, hospitality, and international humanitarian, among others. I've worked with or for organizations like Accenture, Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Terumo BCT, and Doctors without Borders and also served as president of my own technology consulting company for 15 years.

I feel grateful for a career that has enabled me to work in over a dozen countries - spanning five continents - and learn from many cultures around the world. Having also led teams in a wide range of organizational cultures, I look forward to helping you thrive in yours!

A graduate of Middlebury College with a B.A. in International Politics and Economics, I received an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute.

In my free time I enjoy serving as a pro bono coach for Doctors without Borders and being outdoors enjoying the magic of the island of Maui where I live.
